WebYou could manually transfer the save and exclusively play on Deck but yeah, you're going to have trouble playing it across multiple devices at the same time sadly. It's very strange since Assassin's Creed III has Ubi cloud sync, and Rogue also does, but not Black Flag for some reason. The game does not have Steam Cloud.
