For a simple misdemeanor, the maximum sentence is 90 days in a city or county jail and a maximum fine of $1,000. A judge can impose jail time, a fine, or both. HIre an attorney, take care of the issue by begging to get back on probation and complete it and be done with this. If not, you will threaten your future by possibly not getting a job, not being able to renew your license and constantly being subject to arrest. That is pointless.
